Yes. You can set detergent type (standard, eco-friendly, or hypoallergenic), water temperature, dryer heat level, and folding preferences.

We clean everyday clothing, towels and linens, comforters and blankets, and washable household textiles. Specialty items (leather, suede, wedding gowns, couture) are handled through professional dry cleaning.

Yes. We offer fragrance-free and hypoallergenic detergents upon request. Just note your preference when scheduling.

We pre-treat stains using professional, fabric-safe solutions. If a stain does not come out, we can re-clean the item at no additional charge.

Each order is carefully tracked and inspected. In the rare event of loss or damage of any items, please notify us via email (Support@MegaLaundromat.com) followed by a phone call (301-559-0707) within 48 hours of receiving the items. We will investigate within a reasonable time period after receiving this notification, and reach a resolution, promptly. Any reimbursements for the items will be up to the item's fair market value, taking wear and tear into consideration. For non-new items, this is typically calculated at 50% of the original cost, with a maximum of $250 per order, or 1/5th of the total invoice amount paid by the customer, per our service terms whichever is greater.

Yes. Changes made at least 4 hours before pickup incur no fee. Later changes may include a small routing adjustment fee.

Use heavy-duty construction bags, double-bag all items, and clearly label contents (washable, dry clean, accessories). This prevents cross-contamination.

Laundry is priced per pound, bulky items are priced per piece, and a special handling fee applies. Free assessments are available for accurate quotes.
