Absolutely. Our team determines a fabric-specific cleaning pathway for each item during intake. Dry-clean-only items are treated in a closed-loop, solvent-free system with controlled fiber-safe treatment and structured garment reshaping and finishing.

Place items in sealed bags to contain soot and odor. Separate washable items from dry-clean-only items if possible. Label bags clearly. Our team handles everything from there—your items will be assessed, categorized, and treated with full chain-of-custody documentation.

We offer free pickup and delivery within 25 miles of our Hyattsville, MD facility. We serve Prince George's County, Montgomery County, Washington DC, and select areas in Northern Virginia. Beyond 25 miles, a fee of $1.50 per mile applies.
